Delivery We offer free tracked delivery as standard to U.K Mainland addresses. Other locations may vary, please enter an address on the checkout page to calculate. There is no minimum order value.
Returns You may initiate a return up to 30 days from the date of delivery. Please email email@example.com to request a returns form. Any attempted returns that are not accompanied by an official returns form will be rejected.
With regards to hygiene products, due to the possibility of contamination, we are not able to accept returns once the package/product has been opened.
When can I expect to receive this item?
When in U.K stock, this item has a lead time of 1 – 2 days. If order is placed before 1:00pm then it will likely arrive with you the next day. Whilst we try to meet the quoted lead time as often as possible, there may be occasions when we are not able to do so. In such an event we will do our best to inform you of any potential delays and suggest alternative products if applicable.
What if I need my order delivered sooner than expected, or for a specific date/time?
We can offer expedited and timed delivery options on most items. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number, the item/items in question and the level of service you require. We will then come back to you with a price as quickly as possible.
What if I want to cancel my order? You may cancel your order at any time up until the point of despatch. Please email email@example.com quoting your order number and the item/items you would like to cancel. Once an item has been despatched, the returns process must be followed.
