People may sometimes behave in a way that is considered challenging and can be very distressing for the person, their families and carers. This course will explore the reasons theoretically as to why a person might be behaving in this way, enabling you as the primary care giver to feel more confident with enhanced skills to deal with these situations, explore why they may be occurring and how to minimise these, with the possibility of preventing them occurring.
Max Delegates: This course is open to everybody. Maximum 15 delegates per course.
Course Duration: The Face-to-Face sessions are a full day of in person training and run from either 9:00am to 5:00pm. The Virtual sessions are 6 hours of remote training, the timings for which are to be determined once booked.
